If you look in the previous discussions you will see that I have suggested some possibilities. $250 per person may be the going rate. If you register early it might be dropped to $200, nothing firm yet including dates or even where.Registration is refundable if we get 90 days notification. There would be a $25 fee for refunding.
If we cancel the event, all monies would be refunded in full.
All of these contents are subject to change.
If you are interested in making an "offering" toward an unparalled event, we accept them. if the event is cancelled, for whatever reason, the money will be refunded.
If you bring someone else with you, there will be a reduced registration fee.
Most likely we will adhere to the 2.5 day format we have run in the past with the opener of food and regalia the first evening as a get acquainted session. This is easily the most popular of all the events we put on.
I know people who spent $300 for the HB Global Challenge and another $700 for lodging, food, and access in 2005. With about 1600 entrants, I am sure there must have been some fun involved. We want you to have a more compressed but no less enthusiastic fun. In fact, we are sure you will.
Send us suggestions for possible headliners or other chess personalities.
